The World is Your Stage is a personal project I've been wanting to do ever since starting with photography.
dancers are among the most elegant creatures on this earth. The juxtaposition of their supreme elegance and the banality of everyday life is a fascinating clash in my eyes, and one worth examining. This is my modest contribution to this clash between beauty and banality. These photographs are not about the perfect lighting, or composition, or any other technical aspects of the craft that is photography. These photographs are about the bond between character and environment. Between light and dark. Between harsh and soft.
